2020 Annual Impact Report At the beginning of last year, the question on our minds was: is Rush County ready for change? We certainly didn’t anticipate the type of change we would face, but we did get one thing right — how we would handle it… together. Our focus is usually set on providing for Rush County’s future, but it’s just as important to stop and care for our community when need arises. With your incredible generosity, we were able to do both. Nicholas Neuman becomes the 40th Lilly Endowment Community Scholar from Rush County. The time is right! Lilly Endowment awards $5 million grant to help build a community center.
