WHAT DOES IT MEAN to have received the $100,000 Lilly Endowment Inc. Community Leadership Grant? It means that the Rush County Community Foundation received one of 84 grants awarded. It means that after focus sessions to listen around the county in the fall of 2019, the decision was made to utilize leadership and budget support from many groups to keep the discussion going. To have innovative conversations and define what actions will positively impact Rush County. To create a plan to carry out this collective vision.
