If you are a homeowner in the limits of Rush County (excluding Rushville residents) and meet the qualifications and income limits listed below, you can apply for FREE repairs including: roofing, HVAC replacement, lighting and electrical upgrades, water heater replacement, and ADA accessibility.

Attend one of these meetings to obtain an application:

• 4/16/2025 at 2:30pm at Love Community Center, 1850 N Main St, Rushville, IN
• 4/16/2025 at 5:30pm Milroy United Methodist Church, 114 N Pleasant St, Milroy, IN

A Public Hearing will be held on 5/5/2025 at 9:00am at Rush County Courthouse, 101 E 2^nd St, Rushville, IN.
