Rush County Community Foundation

We value the input of the citizens of Rush County! In the fall of 2019, we hosted Community Insight Sessions around Rush County. The goal of these sessions was to see what we like, love, and want to love about our community. These conversations were made possible through funding from the Lilly Endowment GIFT VII initiative. Each session was open to the general public and involved anywhere for our youth to our most mature citizens. From our findings in these Community Insight Sessions, we were able to come together to apply for a large grant from the Lilly Endowment totaling $100,000. This grant will be used from community action planning in the summer of 2021. We appreciate and value the input of all of those who attended our Community Insight Sessions and look forward to hearing your input again soon!
