That’s it. Your input, along with local data, will create and implement projects by the community for the community, to enhance life in Rush County. We have guidance from Ball State. We have money from Lilly Endowment Inc. We just need YOUR help. Thank you! This is an integral step in Community Based Action Planning (CBAP). CBAP is a people-focused, placed-based approach to creating positive change. In CBAP no one person or organization leads the way. Everyone has a say. Over the next 9-12 months, we will create and implement projects to enhance life in our community using input from residents and based on local data. It’s not our plan. It belongs to the whole community. It’s truly a group effort led by the people and for the people. We have guidance from Ball State University. We have money – $100,000 from Lilly Endowment Inc.
