Why did we choose the Booker T Washington Building for our location?

The Booker T is home to imagine:nation, and it shows your support in action. With a grant received in 2021made possible by your support, the group has remodeled the downstairs area into a classroom space. The upstairs has been transformed into an art gallery. As you head up, you’ll be able to see original works by local artists hanging on the walls.
