The Rush County Community Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity that allows people to establish permanent endowment funds within the scope of one large foundation.

As a public charity, we are able to achieve our mission by investing donated funds and distributing earnings annually to award grants to Rush County organizations, people and projects.

A donor-advised field of interest fund endowment established by Wilma Jo Kile to honor her parents by supporting the operations of a community center. “This project is a transformational, long-overdue, dream come true for Rush County. From an educational standpoint, I can think of nothing else that would provide the value-added amenities that a multipurpose community center would provide to the residents of Rush County,” shared Wilma Jo.
