The Rush County Community Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity that allows people to establish permanent endowment funds within the scope of one large foundation.

As a public charity, we are able to achieve our mission by investing donated funds and distributing earnings annually to award grants to Rush County organizations, people and projects.
