The Rush County Community Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity that allows people to establish permanent endowment funds within the scope of one large foundation.

Established in 2009 by Robert and Angela Workman in memory of their son Alex, the Alex Workman Memorial Fund provides support to children with autism.
