Tot Time is a time for our little ones, ages newborn to 5 and their caregivers. We offer free play time, story time, a craft and a little dancing. This is a great place to build social skills for your young ones and find community for yourself as the caregiver.

This program is at the Matthews shelter and starts at 10 am.
