Come on out to Booker T Washington school on Saturday February 8th for our Make it-take it event. We will have a few different stations set up to create valentine themed crafts or gifts.

There will be a card making station where you can try your hand at creating that very personal valentine card (or any kind of card if you aren’t feeling valentines)

We also will be making air dry clay hearts. You can leave it plain or add accents that we will have available. These can be a nice decoration for you or a gift for someone who could use some love.

I also plan to have some yarn and crochet hooks available. If you know how to crochet, you can make a heart or 2 (or 3 or 4). I will have a pattern and can give some coaching if needed.

Additionally, I have some special giveaways for the kids. I was gifted some valentines from the Rush county food pantry that I would love to gift right back to you.

I may have additional stations so you just need to stop in and find out.

This is not an official workshop. It is an open house type event. The doors open at 10 and we will be there until 2. We have the solstice gallery open during this time as well. There is no charge for this day. Come out and make something fun or just hang out with us as we make things. Spread the word and the love!
