2021 Impact Update: Postcard #1

Could you please do us a favor? It’s easy. Just answer a single question.

What is something we can address or advance together to make a positive change in our community?

We know you love Rush County. Who better to help with Community Based Action Planning (CBAP), than YOU?!

CBAP is a people-focused, placed-based approach to creating positive change. In CBAP no one person or organization leads the way. Everyone has a say. Over the next 9-12 months, we will
create and implement projects to enhance life in our community using input from residents and based on local data.

For starters, it’s not our plan. It belongs to the whole community. It’s truly a group effort led by the people and for the people. We have guidance from Ball State University. We have money – $100,000 from Lilly Endowment Inc.

But one HUGE piece is missing – community input! We need your help. Please answer this question, by 9/15.

CELEBRATING THIRTY YEARS

We couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Judging by the smiles and laughter filling – and overflowing the room, you thought so, too. Thank you to all who made the time to be together! Read the wrap up and view the photo album.
