In 1991 you might have been driving your Honda Accord to the mall to catch a matinee of Silence of the Lambs. Or maybe you were in your bedroom making a mix tape of Boyz II Men, M.C. Hammer and Pearl Jam. Or possibly you weren’t even born!

Closer to home, a seed of opportunity was planted. The Rush County Community Foundation was formed on May 21, 1991 with $85,000.

Together we’ve supported local organizations and students with more than $7 million in grants, funds and scholarships while growing assets to more than $20 million.

That’s definitely a cause for celebration! Plus, it’s been too long since we could all be together.
