The Rush County Community Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity that allows people to establish permanent endowment funds within the scope of one large foundation.

Established in memory of Martha Perin by son Keith and daughter-in-law Kim, the Martha Perin Community Fund is an unrestricted endowment fund to benefit the community via the Foundation’s community grants program.
