The Open Resource is partnering with Rush County Schools for a viewing of a new documentary titled “The Truth About Reading.” The documentary covers topics about the importance of reading, and how SOR (Science of Reading) can positively influence how reading is taught.

This FREE event is exclusively to families and teachers involved with RES, Arlington, and Milroy Elementary as it is a Title I Night event.

A short panel will follow with experts that have specific training with OG instruction, Science of Reading, and personal experiences. Resources will also be provided on best practices at home, current techniques the schools use, and information about tutoring options.
