Open to the general public and organizers are hoping for a good turnout.

The buffet, which features a prime rib carving station, fried chicken, au gratin potatoes, green beans, corn, rolls, a salad bar and dessert, is priced at $40 per person and will be served until 8 p.m.

A live band, Cadre, will provide soft blues and jazz music during dinner and following the auction, which begins after dinner. The band will continue to play after the auction for those who want to put on their dancing shoes.

Auctioneer extraordinaire Rusty Harmeyer returns for the auction and always provides a lot of fun and entertainment while he helps raise money for this worthwhile cause, and several merchants and businesses from Rush County and beyond are providing some very nice auction items and services.

Those persons interested in bidding on auction items may skip dinner if they so choose. All they need do is show up prior to the auction’s 8 p.m. start.
