Introducing our 2019 Board of Directors: Diana White

Diana White is a proud proponent of the Rush County Community Foundation.  She supports her many committees with gusto and enthusiasm. Her personal and employment experiences have given her insight she is able to use for the betterment of the RCCF. Read about Diana below:

  1. Did you grow up in Rush County? Where did you go to school?

I grew up in Carthage, Indiana and attended Knightstown High School.

  1. What do you like most about your community?

It is a small town, rural community rich in agriculture.

  1. How did you become involved with RCCF?

My father passed away in 2012 and we created the Robert L. Winters Scholarship Fund in his memory. Now serving on the board and scholarship and community awareness committees.

  1. What is something that people may not know about the foundation that you wished they did?

How much they give to the community in many different ways.

  1. Do you believe that the Foundation plays an important role in the community? How so?

In many ways that touch so many lives and generations to come.
