The Rush County Community Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity that allows people to establish permanent endowment funds within the scope of one large foundation.
There are a total of 175 funds at the Rush County Community Foundation. You can help impact the community today by donating to one of our many funds or by creating your own fund.
As a public charity, we are able to achieve our mission by investing donated funds and distributing earnings annually to award grants to Rush County organizations, people and projects.

Established in 2009 by friends and family of Marcia and Les, the scholarship fund supports a person who is striving to improve themselves by working toward a degree, an advanced degree, or toward additional certification in their chosen occupation. The scholarship does not support a graduating high school student.
